At Get Lit: Grown-Up Book Fair, the ORIGINAL grown up book fair in DFW, we want to recreate that feeling! We pop up at breweries and distilleries around Dallas/Fort Worth with amazing vendors, local authors, and (of course) great food and drinks available from our hosts! Celebrate Halloween with Charm City Run Frederick and McClintock Distilling! We'll meet at McClintock at 6PM and then go for a hair-raising fun run that will take you through Frederick! There will be a costume contest judged by the McClintock staff based on three categories: funny, scary, and most original. Prizes will be awarded.

This multi-cultural event celebrates the many wonders and joys that Fall brings. Stories take us beyond our own reality, throwing us into thrilling rides or spine-tingling horrors. While Get Fictional carries many genres, we focus on spooky twists and the darker side of fiction. Our greatest desire is to bring a piece of those haunted houses, witchy gardens, or vampire dens that fill our favorite stories to light with our soy candles. All you have to do is strike a match.
