Book #2 from the series: Immortal Wounds Trilogy

A Prophecy Awakened

About

 Family. Destiny. Magic. Lore.

Forced to leave behind her only known family, on the night of her eighteenth birthday Charlotte Delgado flees through the invisible veil that has granted her safety since birth, with only an age-old diary to guide her. Given less than a day to read the four-hundred year-old tales scripted amongst its pages, she barely understands the predetermined path her ancestor writes of, let alone believes it.

However, despite the dangers the journal warns of—supernatural creatures that will hunt her along her journey—it’s the ominous twist of fate that surrounds the last bloodline witch in her family that fills Charlotte with the most fear.

Is she that witch or merely a pawn moving the prophecy forward?

Praise for this book

This book is as spell binding as book 1, Immortal Wounds. It answered all questions left in book1 however left more to be answered. The characters descriptions were so well written that sometimes I forgot they were vampires. Then the author has them reverting to their vampire actions. All settings are so vivid it feels as if you were there.. When you think you have found the answer the author leaves you the ultimate cliff hanger. I so hope the author is writing book 3. I have to know the final outcome!

The anxiously awaited second book arrived and I couldn't wait to dive in. A Prophecy Awakened is as riveting as Immortal Wounds, but takes us to completely different settings and locations. The characters are well written and I became invested in them immediately. The author weaves together three separate worlds until they collide at the very end with a heart-wrenching cliffhanger. Volume three can't come fast enough!

Since I was done with the first book, Immortal wounds, I’ve been awaiting the second part in this story! Even better than the first one, this continuation comes years after the first and engulfed me in the new and old characters. A must read!

BEST SEQUEL!!!
*SPOILER ALERT* * DOES NOT RUIN THE PLOT* (Naming Characters of the book you may have not read about yet!)

The author has done an AMAZING job with book 2! I see so much growth! I really enjoyed book 1 but the character development of this one makes you feel for everyone involved! So many emotions! I felt scared but excited for Charlotte but now I'm worried for her again because of the obvious! Her bravery the entire book kept me on the edge of my seat! The heartbreak and empathy i had learning about Claudia, the way Dario was humanized to the point i forgot he was a vengeful vampire, my complete disgust for Vincent, and the safety and calmness i felt when Camille, Fara, and Calum were in the story or around was like a crazy emotional roller coaster! It was like being there with Charlotte and watching a TV show! I need book 3 before i go back to work! 😂😂 I have to know how the prophecy unfolds and how Rebekah fulfills it! What happens next to Charlotte???
